Don't make the mistake of going here. Without exaggeration, this was the WORST customer experience of my life. We bought a tire there and asked for a warranty. The owner begrudgingly accepted my terms because the last time I was there I had a flat tire the very next day. She claimed then that I must have run over a nail within 24 hours, so instead of replacing the tire, she gave me a plug for the tire. It worked, but this time I made sure to get a warranty. With this tire, I was driving out of the parking lot at work and someone walking by my car told me there was a flat on the passenger side, so I pulled over and put the mini-spare on. When I brought it back to her, she said I probably must have run over a nail. So the tire mechanic checked it and said there was no nail in it, which would seem to indicate that the warranty should be honored. But then she turned to me and said it wasn't her tire. It took me a second to realize she was actually calling me a liar - as if I would take the time to switch out tires, and put on the spare, just so I could cheat her out of a $40 used tire. UNBELIEVABLE! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

These guys offered to buy my 4 tires with less than 8,000 miles on them for $140 for the set. They inspected them on my car. We agreed that I would remove the the tires from my rims and bring them in a few days. When I returned they lied and denied having ever offered me $140 for the tires and then changed their story saying they thought the tires were brand new not used, so I left. Honesty is critical. Do you really want to BUY tires from people like this?

I just returned from Tires and More and am really pleased with the price and service. They changed the tires on my daughter's Odyssey van over (seasonal tires) and charge $17.50/tire (others were wanted to charge $25 and up). Also had an alignment done, and done right. Some places do "alignments" but only check and adjust the front. These guys check and adjust all four. It the van sure needed it, it drives like it show again. The prices are very competitive compared to those of the "national" brands.

Went there the other day for a used tire and got a sweet price. The customer service was awesome, and he was very thorough checking my tire and wheel to make sure it was in check. He informed me my valve was leaking and showed me exactly where it was. He replaced it for just 10 bucks. I'll definitely refer this place to friends.

I went to Tires and More two weeks ago to get 2 tires put on my car. I found the staff to be friendly, and the selection was great. I found the tires I needed for a very reasonable price and was good to go. Adrian was especially helpful and even helped me out with a slight issue I ran into with the tire. Overall, I give Tires and More an A++ for EXCEPTIONAL customer service, would definitely recommend to a friend.
